William John Casey

William John Casey, age 66, of Everett, formerly of Somerville, died June 30, 2014. Born in Boston and raised in Somerville, he was the son of the late Thomas F. and Alice (McQuade) Casey, Jr.
Folowing graduation from high school, William served in the army. He was employed as a roofer. For the past seven years, he has resided in Everett.
He was the father of William Casey, Charles Casey and Kim Casey. Also survived by the mother of his children, Donna Silvestri; his siblings, Laureen Kartsounis & her husband John, Thomas Casey & his wife Linda and Steven Casey & his wife Loretta Pignone; grandchildren, William III, Tyler, Courtney and Charles Casey and Alex Casey-Lockhart; nieces & nephews Alexandra, Angelica and George Kartsounis, Peter Carnazzo, Christina Kearney, Darla, Sean and Steven Casey and Lisa Martine; grandnieces and grandnephews, Peter Carnazzo, Shannon and Colin Kearney and Emma Smith-Benzan.
A memorial gathering and prayer service was held Wednesday, July 2nd at the Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham.
