George Brian Plante

Plante, George B., age 64, August 12, 2014. Lifelong resident of North Cambridge. He was a fine carpenter, woodworker and master renovator of North Cambridge’s classic older homes. A truly selfless, loving father of Steven B. Plante of Albuquerque, NM, Lisa M. Poirier of Rockland, MA, Eric D. Plante of Fitchburg, MA and Joshua J. Clark of Rockland, MA. Also survived by brothers, Gerard, Lawrence, Milton and Richard; 13 grandchildren, a great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Funeral from Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham, Monday at 8:30 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10A.M. in St. John’s Church, 2270 Mass. Ave., Cambridge. Visitation at the funeral home, Sunday, 4-7 P.M. Those desiring may make a memorial contribution to the American Lung Association.
