Cynthia Richardson, a lifelong resident of Malden, died following a lengthy illness on October 27, 2014. She was the cherished wife of Glen A. Richardson.
Born in Boston, MA; she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Pearl (Witkoski) Lubanski.
Cindy was raised in Malden and educated in the Malden Public Schools. She was a parishioner of the First Church of the Nazarene in Malden.
Cindy was a tireless worker and was employed as a regional manager for Beven Liquors in Somerville, a manager at Stop & Shop in Malden and as a lunch mother at the Linden School in Malden.
Cindy loved to dance and sing karaoke. She had fond memories of camping with her family at the Old Stage Campground in New Hampshire.
She was the mother of Thomas Murphy, Jr. and companion Deborah of New Hampshire, Steven Murphy and wife Alexis of Everett, Barbara Murphy of Haverhill, Stephanie Richardson Cruz of Leominster and Glen Richardson, Jr. of Malden. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.

A Prayer Service will be held Saturday, November 1st, at 4PM at Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham. Following the Prayer Service, Visitation at the funeral home will continue until 6PM for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please honor Cindy by making a memorial gift to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
