Jane W. Alton

Jane W. Alton (Wooster) of Stoneham and Gilmanton Iron Works, NH, formerly of Lynnfield, passed away January 29, 2016 after a long illness. She was the wife of Douglas C. Alton Jr. Born in Everett, MA, she was the daughter of Virginia B. Wooster of Stoneham and the late Leslie R. Wooster.
Jane was a homemaker and assisted with the family business. She was an antique collector, avid gardner and lifelong supporter of animal rescue and adoption.
She was the mother of Alexandra W. Alton of Jersey City, NJ and Douglas C. Alton III & his wife Heidi of Framingham and grandmother of James C. Alton.
