Robert T. Dangora

Robert T. Dangora, age 81, of Sanford, ME, formerly of Wakefield, passed away after a lengthy illness on March 19, 2016. He was the devoted husband of Julie (Jackson) Dangora with whom he had shared 52 years of marriage.
Born and raised in Somerville, MA, he was the son of the late Gabriel and Margaret (Spellman) Dangora.
Robert was a talented singer and in his younger years, he performed at several nightclubs and at functions in Boston and on the northshore. He was employed as a furniture salesman at Barbo’s in Stoneham and Jordan’s in Waltham.
He was the father of Robert T. Jr. of Haverhill, Linda & her husband Phil of Revere, Kim of New Hampshire and Marian of Massachusetts. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 24th at 1:00 P.M. in Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham, followed by burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
