Charles W. Hansen

Charles W. Hansen went to be with the Lord on June 14th at age 85. He graduated from Medford High School in 1949. Son of the late Fred H. and Dorothy R. Hansen of South Yarmouth, MA and brother of Nancy M. Hansen of Stoneham, MA. He served in the Navy during the Korean War aboard the aircraft carrier The USS Tarawa. Charles was a member of the Melrose Hickory Hawks Ski Club, was a graduate of Northeastern University, and was self-employed as an accountant. Married to the late Christine Rafer of North Carolina. He helped develop a Christian chatroom and through that had reunions with these Christian friends annually in Johnstown, PA and Silver Bay, NY. Charles loved Vermont and lived there for many years, last residing in Greensboro, VT.
