Susan Linda Mitnick

Susan Linda Mitnick, age 67, of Boston, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 28, 2016. Susan was born in Hudson, New York where she graduated from Hudson High School in 1966 and later received a B.A. degree in English from University of Massachusetts Boston in 1984. She worked for many years at Harvard University Economics Department and most recently at Boston Children’s Hospital. She was also a freelance writer and artist. Susan had a high spirited, fun loving outlook on life. She was the first one on the dance floor. Her great sense of humor was contagious and her thoughtful loving spirit enriched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Susan was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Celia (Colton) Mitnick of Hudson, New York and is survived by her sisters, Arlene Mitnick of Woburn, Massachusetts and Marcia Mitnick of Hudson, New York, as well as many cousins and close friends.
A memorial service will be held at Bates and Anderson Funeral Home in Hudson, New York on September 11 at 11 A.M. Her many Boston area friends are planning a memorial tribute in Massachusetts to be announced. Donations may be made in Susan’s memory to The Stanley R.
