John J. Roche

John J. Roche Jr., “Jack”, age 66, of Tewksbury, formerly of Medford, passed away at home on December 5, 2016. Born in Cambridge, MA; he was the son of John J. Roche Sr. of Stoneham and the late Lucille (Gaudet) Roche.
Jack spent his early childhood in Somerville before moving to Medford where he had resided most of his life. He was a graduate of St. Clements High School and Mass Bay Community College. He was employed as a clerk for the US Post Office.
He was the father of the late Brad Roche and his wife Denise Forlizzi-Roche of Tewksbury. He also leaves his grandchildren, Emma Roche, Mikey Roche and Josh Forlizzi of Tewksbury; a brother, Tom Roche and his wife Beverly of Woburn; his niece Aly Roche; nephew Tim Roche and grandniece Abbey Adams.
A memorial gathering will be held at Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham, on Tuesday, Dec. 13th at 11 A.M. followed by a prayer service at noon. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial gift of the Vietnam Veterans:vva.org.
