Barbara J. Mannke

Barbara J. Mannke, 67, of Stoneham, died peacefully at home November 19, 2019, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was the cherished wife of the late Paul D. Mannke. Born in Chelsea, MA; she was the daughter of the late Melvin F. Sr. and Eleanor (Munroe) McKinnon.

Barbara was formerly employed as a customer service representative at Mellon/Bank of New York.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, walking, photography, travelling and researching family genealogy . She was a member of the New England Historic Genealogical Society and Ancestry.com.

She was the devoted mother of Joshua P. Mannke and his wife Toni (DiMare) of Stoneham and the late Shannon N. Mannke; the beloved grandmother of Paul J. and Colin P. Mannke, and the loving aunt of Midge (Potter) Spector and her husband Andy of Woburn. She was the sister of Charlotte McKinnon of Stoneham, Nancy Howard and her husband John of Wakefield, MaryEllen McPherson of Saugus, Catherine Hyde of Everett, Patricia Flaherty of Manchester, NH and the late Melvin Jr., Ronald, John, Robert and Harry McKinnon and Eleanor Potter. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, including Michael Spector.
A private graveside service will be held at Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham. Arrangements under the direction of Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home of Stoneham.
