Ella M. Kelleher, a resident of Woburn for 50 years, passed away, surrounded by her family, on June 8, 2021, at the Winchester Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. She was the cherished wife of 52 years to William Kelleher.
Born and raised in Stoneham, MA; Ella was the daughter of the late Daniel and Ella (Clark) Foley. She attended the Stoneham Public Schools, graduating in 1957.
Ella loved hosting family get-togethers and all gatherings must begin with the serving of her famous chip and dip. She especially loved to entertain family and friends at their cottage at Swift's Beach on the Cape. Ella also enjoyed the cooking of others, especially on the several Caribbean Cruises, she took with her family. Such wonderful memories for the family who will miss her dearly.
She was the mother of Kelley Rogers and her husband Joseph of Wilmington, Susan Forsyth and her husband John of Milford, NH, Michael Kelleher and his wife Sherry of Pembroke and Kristen Roberts and her husband Steve of Pepperell. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was the sister of Carol Licciardi of Wareham and the late Barbara Matherson.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony Church, 851 Main St., Woburn, Tuesday, June 15th at 10:00 A.M. Visiting hours are Monday, June 14th, 4:00-7:00 P.M. at Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham.
