Gertrude Aaron

Gertrude (Marks) Aaron, a beloved mother, grandmother, and pillar of strength, passed away at the age of 98 on December 23rd in Stoughton, surrounded by her family. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Gertrude called Sharon, MA, home for half a century, where she dedicated herself to nurturing and raising her three children, Dennis, Mark, and Amy.

Her legacy extends beyond her devoted children to her cherished grandchildren, Colby, Benjamin, and Rachel, whom she showered with love, wisdom, and unwavering support. Gertrude was the epitome of an incredible mother and grandmother, whose love knew no bounds.

Her life reflected selflessness and dedication, always putting her family first. Gertrude’s kindness, patience, and humor became enduring traits, leaving a lasting mark on her family, persisting through generations. Her steadfast support resonated palpably among all who knew her, a testament that could be felt even in her final moments.

The family would like to thank the Copley at Stoughton and Autumn Hospice for their expert care and compassion.

A private service will be held in honor of Gertrude’s life.
