Josephine Difrancesco

Josephine DiFrancesco, a lifelong resident of Malden, passed away February 5, 2022 at the age of 91. Born in Boston, MA; she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Diana (Sicurolla) DiFrancesco.

Throughout her career, Josephine worked at her family's business, the DiFrancesco Insurance Agency in Wakefield.

She was a people person which made her a good salesperson, and she was a good friend to many.  She was outgoing and a happy person who brought laughter and joy to any conversation.  She was very proud of having been from her City of Malden and would never have thought of living anywhere else.

Josephine is survived by her sister, Lorraine DiFrancesco of South Weymouth, the last of the four DiFrancesco daughters, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Services will be private. For those who wish to make a memorial gift, her family suggests making a donation to a charity for COVID-19 Relief.
