Scott Andrew Mcaskill

Scott Andrew McAskill, age 39, of Stoneham passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Scott was the loving son of Beatrice McAskill Picano and the late Peter J. McAskill, Jr.  He was the dear brother of Julie Ripley, her husband Stephen, and uncle to Mason and Lauren Ripley, and the dear brother of Kristen Jewers, her husband Brian and their dog Vino.

Scott was a caring and compassionate son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the family on Monday, August 31st from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham. A funeral service celebrating Scott's eternal life will be held at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Asthma & Allergy Foundation or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
